I sometimes read The Yeungnam Observer. Because it gives me good information and improves my Engligh ability. This month's cover story attracted my attention. I didn't know about slum areas near downtown Daegu. I read the novel, A Little Ball Shot by the Midget, but i didn't know that people were living in very small rooms that were infested with cockroaches. This article let me know about the conditions of the slum areas and some of the other problems. I am looking forward to reading the next issue with even more interesting articles.
