Prof. Yeo Jung-sou (Director, Gyeongbuk Hanwoo Cluster) , will be given a presidential citation on farmers' day on 11 November. Recently, Prof. Yeo has completed hanwoo dielectric map with Prof. Choi In-ho's research team and contributed to commemorate the state of Hanwoo's genes and the development of Korean cattle industry.
In addition, Gyeongbuk Hanwoo Cluster and Hanwoo Research Institute celebrated the 25th anniversary of its founding and held an International Symposium at the International Building at YU on 19 October.
