YU students will now receive services from other offices as YU’s One-stop Service Center disappeared starting March 1st. This means the Curriculum and Registrar Office will be in charge of issuing certificates at YU, while the Academic Affairs and Student Services will be in charge of issuing teaching certificates and student ID cards. In addition, students should visit to the Administration Office to change their guardian address or to find their lost items. A manager at the Office of Planning and Budget said that one reason for removing the One-stop Service Center was due to the introduction of the URP system, as there is no longer need to works by visiting the One-stop Service Center. Also, they said the role of the center was a connection between different offices, so they decided to remove it to make better use of the space and reduce the number of workers. Meanwhile, the Placement Services will use the center as students’ career development.
