YU 2nd International EXPO was held

YU's second International EXPO was held from May 10th to 11th, 11:00~15:00p. m. It was held at the front gate of Yeungnam University clock tower square. It was their second EXPO after their first successful EXPO.
 

Can you introduce yourself?
Hi. My name is Cha Min-seok. I am participating as the 15th International Ambassador and I major in International Trade.

What is the purpose of this International EXPO?
Since there are a lot of foreign students in Yeung nam University, we wanted to introduce the foreign students' nations and to teach Korean students about foreign culture.
So the purpose of this EXPO is to get along together, Korean students and foreign students. Also, we would like Korean students to participate in our international programs. A lot of students don't know about these helpful programs yet.
 

What is the most interesting thing that you would like to recommend to the students?
I would like to recommend “Window to the World.” It's a program that supports students to travel abroad. Students make a group of three and we support 1 million won for each student. It is held during the holidays so I think it's the most interesting program.
Also, I would like to recommend LPP. This program is helpful for Korean students to learn English. They make a group of four. Three Korean students and one foreign student.
 

What is your goal?
Our goal is to encourage students to participate in our programs. Since we held our first International EXPO successfully, we would like to finish it successfully this time as well.
