YU will establish Police Administration and a new course called International Development and Saemaul Learning. Previously, The Police Administration was part of the College of Political Science & Public Administration. There are a total of forty registered students in this department. It has also set a goal to provide education for specialized jobs like police executives and police public officials. The International Development and Saemaul Learning course is part of the international cooperation business program that exports the Saemaul Movement to developing countries. The International Development and Saemaul Learning course will select thirty students from the Regional Development, fourteen students from the Welfare Administration, eight students from the Economics and Finance, and eight students from the Sociology. YU has shown its willingness to expand its presence in international development and cooperation by establishing these new course and department.
