On April 5th, 2010 the Health Care Center celebrated its renovation with a completion ceremony. Hyo-Su Lee, the President of Yeungnam University, Health Care Center personnel, the General Student Council, and members of the Coed Student Council attended the ceremony. The center had become outdated in construction and design, but it now has updated facilities with modern conveniences such as clean rooms, a seminar room, and modern equipment. The center will continue to offer existing medical services and it will now also house a dental clinic. The purpose of the Health Care Center renovation is to get students to continuously use the center, and to have it function flawlessly so it can fulfill its original purpose.
