Use of the smart card system has started. Both students and faculty can use a smart card as a replacement to their ID cards, cash & check cards, and for electronic checking in their attendance. It can also be used like a credit card at pay vending machines, fare for a copier, electronic meal ticketing and traffic expenses, if the owner charges the card with money.
