YU distributed small plots of land to 285 local residents and 62 faculty members through a process of internet application from 27 March to 6 April. A total of 4,100 pyeong are provided for those who are interested in farming. These areas are located in front of Gyeongbuk Techno Park and the main building, beside the museum building, and near the Pasture-land Executive Office.
