From 7 July to 11 August, 4 Overseas Volunteers teams with a total of 88 students from Yeungnam University (YU) were sent to Jilin and Harbin in China, Ulaanbaartar in Mongolia, and Tashkent in Uzbekistan. Each team consists of 22 students. The volunteers will not only give their helping hands for those who need but also teach Taekwondo, Korean language, and Korean traditional music. By practicing voluntary service, students will learn the importance of humanitarianism, and this program will help students to understand better ethnic and cultural differences.
