Woo Tong-ki, President of Yeungnam University (YU), met Robert H. Foglesong, President of Mississippi State University, on 7 November. In this meeting, they came to an agreement on students being sent abroad for scholarships. Starting in the second semester next year, about 15 students will participate in this program. Mississippi State University will pay two thirds of the expenses and YU will deal with one third.
