 In the spring, lots of firms are struggling to find the best employees, and some of them are already starting to recruit. As you already know, a job-interview is as important, or perhaps even more important, than preparing one's academic documents. That's why we should prepare carefully for the job- interview, and, here, I'll try to let you know about one of the newest methods available.

Through the On-line mock job-interview, you can collect information and correct your mistakes. When we know about both ourselves and the company, we stand a better chance of preparing well. Before doing the On-line mock job-interview, you should first think carefully about your answers. If you don't answer fully, you can't be given good feedback. I hope that I can be a leading employer for the world's best company, DooSan.

   The Feedback from the HR Manager: If you have heard about DooSan's fresh water project, you would be better to expand upon that topic. Don't just say, "I know about that" - it's too weak. First, think about what you can do for that project. Please talk about your ambition. If interviewers know that you are interested in the project and know your personal targets within the project, they can more easily judge your ability and ideas. To give yourself positive appeal, you need to explain your target well. Please set up a specific target which is related to the company for which you want to work.
